The Allen Publishing Company records (1952-1968) consist of alphabetical files, correspondence, and the business and financial records of this Utah company which specialized in aviculture. George Albert Allen and his wife, Ruth, started the Allen Publishing Company in 1952.

The American Association of University Women records (1940-2014) includes state board meetings, branch reports, correspondence, legislative programs, annual reports, news letters, bulletins, directories and financial reports. Utah State Division file and Branch files, 1945-2002 include by-laws, community programs, fellowships, legislation, minutes, scrapbooks, reports and treasurers' reports.

The Aztec Club records (1930-1998) contain financial records, mailing lists, constitutions, a club history, receipt books, meeting minutes, correspondence, and administrative files. The Aztec Club was formally organized in 1930 to "promote intellectual, social, and civic fellowship amongst its members" from the University of Utah and the Salt Lake City community.

The Maud May Babcock papers consists of personal and professional correspondence, biographical and genealogical material, class registers and teaching notebooks from the University of Utah, honors and tributes, books, speeches and articles by Miss Babcock, theater and speech programs, and travel memorabilia and photographs. Babcock was and actress and instructor in speech at the University of Utah.

The Ballet West records (1942-2007) contain correspondence, pamphlets and brochures, playbills, items for display, business materials, financial records, set designs, and scrapbooks. The majority of the collection concentrates on Glenn Walker Wallace (1898-1988), a prominent musician and dancer who co-founded Ballet West with Willem Christensen in 1962. Ballet West was founded in 1962 by Glenn Walker Wallace and Willem Christensen.

The John O’M Bockris papers (1923-2013) consists of personal papers, research materials and correspondence. Including within the collection are materials regarding the Philadelphia Project and the fraud investigation. Bockris was a professor of physical science.

The Ruth Gilchrist Bracy papers (1909-2005) contain personal correspondence, school memorabilia, family history, as well as material relating to Bracy’s travels and work with Altrusa International. Also included are materials related to the Utah Rock Art Research Association.

The Brian Hansen collection of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints correspondence and documents (1822-1908) contains early Latter-day Saints correspondence, financial records, and legal documents.

The J. Gordon and Betty M. Browning papers (1874-1999) are a collection of documents from the Browning, Foulger, and Menick families. The Brownings were politically active in the Utah Democratic Party. J. Gordon Browning had a career in radio.

The Bullion Beck & Champion Mining Company records (1881-1929) consist of by-laws, notices, maps, reports, correspondence, minutes, claims, settlements, and other papers. Organized by John Beck (b. 1843) in the 1880s, the Bullion Beck & Champion Mining Company was located in Juab County, Tintic Mining District, Utah Territory.

The Califia Books records (1979-2004) consist of correspondence, inventories, invoices, receipts, broadsides, pamphlets, catalogs, fliers, invitations, financial papers, sales records, and other materials documenting Califia's business operations. Califia Books is located in San Francisco and specializes in exhibiting fine press and artists' books and broadsides.

The Camp Williams collection (1915-1942) contains correspondence, maps, and financial documents related to the founding of Camp Williams.

The Frank Cyrus Carman papers (1924-1989) consist of correspondence, broadcast transcripts, financial and business records, and QSL (radio transmission) cards documenting Frank Cyrus Carman's career in radio broadcasting. Carman established and managed several early Utah commercial radio stations, including KUTA (later KLUB) and KISN in Salt Lake City. The bulk of the collection consists of records, including advertising and public affairs broadcast transcripts, from these stations.

The Arthur L. Chaffin papers (circa 1920-1976) contains correspondence, financial records, mining documents, and other records concerning Chaffin's owning and operating of the Chaffin Ferry and his mining career. Arthur L. Chaffin operated the ferry across the Colorado River at Hite, Utah until the site was covered by Lake Powell in the 1960s. He was also extensively involved in mining in southeastern Utah.
