The Francis Armstrong family papers (1860-1960) contain autobiographies, biographies, obituaries, correspondence, genealogy records, and newspaper articles. Francis Armstrong Madsen is a local businessman who compiled this resource on his mother's ancestor, Francis Armstrong. The bulk of the collection consists of information on Francis Armstrong and his family.

The John Lyman Ballif papers (1862-1998) reflect the life of John Ballif (1888-1954) and his family. While the emphasis is on the University of Utah, the collection also includes family correspondence, a genealogy, and three diaries. There are also scrapbooks, press clippings, and memorabilia from Switzerland.

The Jane Elizabeth Lee Butler autobiography consist of Butler's description of her life from about the 1880s to 1900. It gives an account of the economic depression, epidemics, and a life of church and civic activity in a predominantly Mormon community in southeastern Nevada.

The Ann Mousley Cannon papers (1886-1990) contain both personal papers and information from the Omega Kappa Society, of which Mousley (1869-1948) was a member. Included are writings, correspondence, invitations, poetry, programs, and minutes.

The Classics Club records (1931- 2005) contain the organizational papers of this women's literary group based in Salt Lake City.

The Culture Lure Club records (1932-1995) contains documents regarding this Salt Lake City club, including meeting records, correspondence, a constitution, a charter member list, club notebooks, and other documents. The Culture Lure Club was a women's club in Salt Lake City, Utah founded in 1932.

The Daughters of the American Revolution, Uintah Chapter records consist of promotional literature, information regarding local events, scrapbooks and general materials. The DAR is an organization for descendants of men who fought in the American Revolution.

The Darrell J. Greenwell papers (1936-1961) consist of clippings concerning his career as an editor and social service administrator and copies of newspaper editorials which he wrote. Includes an obituary and clippings concerning his death.

The Ted Johnson ski collection (2008) consist of a news clipping of an obituary of Dick Barrymore printed in the Mountain Express. Barrymore was a pioneer in ski filming.

The Mitsugi M. Kasai papers (1918-2013) contain assorted documents related to Mr. Kasai's early life, his career in the United States Army and his participation in various Japanese-American organizations following his retirement.

The Neils S. and Ellen Gibson Smith Larsen family papers (1876-1991) contain in this collection are obituaries, blessings and short histories for many of the members of Larsen family. The bulk of the collection is comprised of correspondence and documents related to Claire Larsen Jackson, one of the daughters of Neils and Ellen.

The Henry W. Lawrence papers (circa 1924) consist of estate papers, an obituary, a biographical sketch, genealogical records, and an appendix to an unpublished thesis titled "Populism in Utah."

The Thomas A. Leishman papers (1887-1998) contain his mission diary and various personal and biographical documents. Leishman was born in Scotland and emigrated to Utah in 1852. He helped lay out the city of Wellsville, Utah, and assisted in the construction of every public building in the community. He later served an LDS mission to England and Scotland form 1887 to 1889.

The Lincoln Mining Company records (1947-1950) contain correspondence, notices, obituaries, and a blueprint of the Lincoln mining district.

The H. Franklin and Florence Jepperson Madsen papers (1904-1977) consist of family history and biographical materials, musical performance programs, BYU music department booklets, sheet music, and news clippings pertaining to the lives and careers of Drs. Madsen.

The Maxine Olive Ward McIntyre papers (1929-2014) contains personal materials including schoolwork and community service records, teaching certificates and awards, a biography, and a set of journal entries. McIntyre was a pioneer in teaching.

The Katsu and Grace Miya papers (1901-2008) consist of newspapers, notes, and various other documents regarding the Japanese internment during WWII, the 442 Regimental Combat Team, and Nisei life in the United States.
