The Ken Garff scrapbook [photocopy] (1950-1970) is a collection of newpaper articles and letters. Garff was a Utah businessman who owned several automobile dealerships along the Wasatch Front.

The Gilmer and Salisbury Express Company letterpress book (1881-1882) of H.S. Howell, Superintendent of Gilmer and Salisbury Express Company, includes letters written from Viriginia City, Helena, Dillon, and Salt Lake City.

The Gilmer and Salisbury Stage Lines ledger (1875-1876) consist of abstracts of passenger way-bills.

The Hite Ferry booklet (1946) documents the dedication of newly developed roads that lead into Hite, Utah. Several individuals spoke at the dedication including; E. P. Pectol (the County Commissioner of Wayne County), Zeke Johnson, Bishop John D. Rogers, J. M. Adams, Wayne Wonderland, M. C. Moffit, Gordon T. Hyde, Arthur L. Crawford, Bishop Martin Guyom, and Governor Herbert B. Maw.

The Ron Howard papers (1947-1972) consists mainly of program copies for auto racing in Salt Lake City, Utah as well as some original programs.

The Richard A. Keller, III papers (1957-2011) consist of articles, brochures, and news clippings regarding Keller's development of rocket-powered cars. The collection contains materials regarding speed racing and various vehicles developed by Keller such as The Blue Flame, X-1, Pollution Packer, and others. Keller helped to form the company Reaction Dynamics.

The Richard A. Keller, III Bonneville Salt Flats racing films (1970-1974) consist of five 16mm films about the cars and people attempting to break the world landspeed record at the Bonneville Salt Flats near Wendover, Utah. Click here to request copies of digitized items from this collection.

The Lawrence Howard Lee papers (1943-2002) detail his personal and professional life. The collection consists of correspondence, articles, financial materials, and professional materials regarding Western Airlines. Lee began his airline career in 1943 and worked in many different field and administrative positions within Western Airlines and established Salt Lake City as Western's first major "hub" operation. He became President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Airline in 1983.

The Thomas C. Mabey papers (1964-2016) detail his involvement with international and national car racing and car show events. The collection includes materials regarding the activities of Rocky Mountain Motorsports along with general racing ephemera and memorabilia. Mabey is a long-time racer and is also a vintage car collector.

The Brigham Madsen photograph collection contains photographs of freighting and historic freighting sites in the western United States, mostly in Utah, Idaho, and Montana. As well as, copies of photographs used as illustrations in various books on Western history written by Brigham Madsen.
