The C. Lowell Lees photograph collection contains portraits of performers and scenes from plays performed by the Moroni Olsen Players in the 1920s. Lees was chairman of the Speech and Theater Department at the University of Utah from 1943 to 1964 and was responsible for much of the development in theater at the University.

The David McKenzie photograph collection contains photographs of the Salt Lake Theatre, portraits of various actors and photographs of the demolition of the Salt Lake Theatre(1928-1929).

The Betty Shepherd Musser photograph collection contains photographs of various members of the Pyper, Shepherd, and Spencer families. The collection also contains photographs of productions at the Salt Lake Theatre and publicity shots of performers, particularly Anna Pavlova.

The Pioneer Theater Guild photograph collection contains photographs of the members, officers and events of the Theater Guild. There are also images of various actors and other performers.

The Gail Plummer photograph collection contains photographs of performers and performances in the Salt Lake Theater and at Kingsbury Hall at the University of Utah. Includes photographs of various professional performers of the time.

The George D. Pyper photographs consist primarily of those items which Pyper collected during his nearly thirty years as manager of the Salt Lake Theater. George Dollinger Pyper served as manager of the Salt Lake Theatre from 1898 to 1929. He also served as general superintendent of the Deseret Sunday School Union and as a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

The Joseph Stanley Russon photograph collection contains several family portraits and negatives, some formal some candid.

The theater photograph collection contains portraits and publicity stills of various prominent theatrical performers in Salt Lake City, particularly those connected with the Moroni Olsen Players.
