Abstract The Provo bishops' meeting minutes (1868-1869) is a collection of minutes from meetings held by LDS Church bishops in Provo. Abraham Owen Smoot was the presiding bishop. Subjects discussed include the Relief Society organization, grasshoppers destroying crops, tithing, funds, taxes, liquor, and attitudes of the people.
