Abstract

The Little Cottonwood Canyon history collection (1870-1965) consist of a microfilmed copy of a collection of clippings, notes, and transcriptions on the history of Little Cottonwood Canyon, kept by Lawrence P. James. The materials are weighted heavily toward mining in the nineteenth century, but contain information on the development of the ski industry in the twentieth.
