David Henry Christensen (1869-1956) was an educator in Utah, a superintendent of Salt Lake City Schools, he served on the Board of Regents, was the president of Christensen Construction Company, and went on a mission and became a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS Church).

The Taxpayers for Utah records (1988) contain materials collected and produced by this group, formed in opposition to tax initiatives during the 1988 elections. This was a Utah non-profit corporation organized to defeat three tax limitation initiatives on the 1988 general election ballot. All three initiatives were overwhelmingly defeated.
