Abstract The Donald Ray Hall article is titled "Victory, Where is They Reward?". Donald Ray Hall was a graduate of the University of Utah and worked at Weber County School District for thirty one years until his retirement in 1983. He served an LDS mission in Argentina and served in the U.S. Army in World War II.
