The Salamander audio-visual collection (1980-1990) consists of materials used by Linda Sillitoe and Allen Roberts in their book Salamander: The Story of the Mormon Forgery Murders, a book about the Mark Hofmann case and the 1985 bombing deaths of two Salt Lake City residents.

The Linda Sillito and Allen Roberts photograph collection document some moments from the early life of Mark Hoffman but primarily contain images concerning his role in the infamous "Salamander Letter" trial in Salt Lake City, Utah. All of the photographs are recent or are recent reprints with excellent detail.

The Linda Sillitoe papers (1940-1996) contain handwritten and typed manuscripts of poetry, fiction, and non-fiction, as well as research files consisting of news clippings, correspondence, articles, promotional materials, and other documents. Included are drafts and correspondence for a biography of Lowell L. Bennion by Mary Bradford for which Linda Sillitoe served as editor. Sillitoe is a writer and poet.
