Scope and Contents
Family history of the author's husband, Kimon (Kim) Drossulis. Grandfather Demetrios Vavarasous at age 14 left the island of Skopelos, Greece, was renamed Jim Davis at Ellis Island, settled in Greenwood, MS with fellow immigrants. Grandmother Nota Anetopolous emigrated from the same part of Greece, and through family connections met and married Jim in Mississippi. Eventually some members of the family moved to Utah. Kim Drossulis largely raised by his grandmother Nota Davis (d. 1972) in Salt Lake City.
