Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The William Simpson Gould papers (1897-1906) contains certificates, his diaries (1898-1900), letters, a travel log, patriarchal blessings (1898), an address book, financial account records (1898-1906), and picture books. The documents were gathered during the period when Gould was serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Scotland. Also contained in the collection are photocopies of the diaries made by the Manuscripts Division staff.
