Scope and Contents
The Lorenzo Hoopes papers (1935-1976) contain advertisements, articles, journals, reports, and stories collected by Hoopes, a former employee and executive of Safeway stores. These documents pertain to the history and productivity of the Safeway and Skaggs stores throughout Utah and the Western United States.
