 File — Box: 19, Folder: 4-7

Scope and Contents

From the Collection: The R. Wayne Pace papers (1884-2010) consist mainly of his extended family genealogical research, and also contain the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) papers from his years at BYU.

The 2009 Addendum (boxes 27-42) contains files chronicling Dr. Pace's personal and professional life, including correspondence, photographs, clippings, and legal documents. Following these are files containing Dr. Pace's Unpublished Papers, which includes manuscripts and drafts of his papers, many of which would later be published. Draft-quality photocopies of the original photographs have been included for context; the original photographs can be retrieved from the Multimedia Division on request.

The 2013 Addendum (boxes 43-46) contains additional files from the office of R. Wayne Pace, arranged chronologically.

The researcher should note that this collection does NOT contain significant material related to Dr. Pace's time in office with the ICA or AHRD; said material remains with the records kept by those associations.

The 2016 Addendum (boxes 47-57) contains professional and personal correspondence to and from Dr. Pace between 1973 and 1988. Dr. Pace's academic papers written during this time period are sorted in chronological order within the correspondence.
