Scope and Contents

  1. Photograph number 1: "Mayor Booth of Spanish Fork, Utah addressing the people during the Bond Sale. You will note the quota of Spanish Fork of $280,000.00 and the sales reached the grand total of $ 330,000.00 during the day."
  2. Photograph number 2: "Youngsters at Delta, Utah purchasing war stamps. Thousands of dollars worth of war stamps were sold by the Caravan."
  3. Photograph number 3: "Wm. F. Gordon of the Caravan watching the group of Salt lake City in the morning of the Big parade."
  4. Photograph number 4: "Lt. Sturki of Camp Kearns; Charles M. Pincus manager of the Utah Theater; Wm F. Gordon director of the Caravan, talking plans for the midnight show in the Utah Theater in which $75,000.00 in bonds was realized."
  5. Photograph number 5: "A gentleman at Tremonton who purchased the lamp for a $1000.00 (Missing) city an auction was held which netted $41,450.00 and the total (missing) in the background you can see a hand-made crocheted bed spread (missing) off for $3500.00 and a $25.00 bond was auctioned off the Mr. ff J (missing) Grower for $5,100.00. Wm F. Gordon can be seen in the background (missing) sale."
  6. Photograph number 6: "The armored scout car entering Helper, Utah. Lt. Cool of the WAAC, Lt. Standerwick of the Ordinance Department enjoying the morning sunshine. You will note the jeep in the rear has already taken a feminine prisoner."
  7. Photograph number 7: "A group of bond buyers at the tables in Spanish Fork, Utah. This community sold a total of $330,000.00 of bonds."
  8. Photograph number 8: "The jeep parade which was the most popular vehicle in the Caravan and in which thousands of people enjoyed rides in return for the purchase of war bonds and stamps."
