The autobiography presents snippets of her life, her memories of family members, and sage advise to be passed down to other generations.

The LDS Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association (NAA) records (1949-2017) contains professional papers and documents maintained by Zeldine Graham (b. 1933), an alum who held the position of Treasurer in the NAA for a number of years. The LDS Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association is an association for the alumni of the LDS Hospital W. H. Groves School of Nursing, which operated from 1905 to 1955.
