Historical Note
The League of Women Voters of Utah was founded in 1951 and consists of chapters in Cache, Davis, Grand, Washington, and Weber counties and Salt Lake City and Cedar City. The League has focused on local issues such as the Jordan River Parkway, City-County unification, Salt Lake County master plan, as well as hosting candidate debates and registering voters.
