Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Helen O'Connell papers (1940s-1970s) consist mainly of sheet music used by Helen O'Connell during her singing career. The music is arranged alphabetically by song name and generally dates from the 1940s to the 1970s. Because the bulk of it is penned by hand, publication dates are very few. Some correspondence, programs, announcements, news clippings, and other materials are also included in the collection.
