The Helen Bowring Ure papers (1930-1989) contain correspondence, awards, clippings, scrapbooks, and papers relating to national bodies of the P.T.A., Board of Education, Y.W.C.A., and the Women's Legislative Council of Utah, as well as the Ure and Bowring families. Includes correspondence and memorabilia of her husband, James W. Ure III.

The Utah Cherry Blossom Princesses records (1974-2007) contains listings and information regarding princesses who represented Utah at the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington D.C. from 1974-2004.

The Utah Women's Political Caucus records (1989-2004) contain organization history, including correspondence, meeting minutes, agendas, newsletters, and news clippings.

The Lucy May Van Cott papers (1920s-1955) contain correspondence and notes relating to Lucy May Van Cott, as well as genealogy and various personal items which she collected. Van Cott served as Dean of Women at the University of Utah (1907-1931).

The Veterans Day records (1998-2003) contain materials related to annual Veterans Day events held at the University of Utah, including correspondence, budgets, lists of honorees and nominees, photos of the celebration, and media information.

The Wild Utah Project is a conservation organization working to maintain and restore natural lands in Utah and the American West. The Wild Utah Project records (1996-2011) consists of research materials that were used by the organization in pursuit of these goals.

The William R. and Erlyn Gould Distinguished Lecture on Technology and the Quality of Life Series records (1992-2008) consist of documents pertaining to the organization of the lecture events and the people presenting lectures delivered at the University of Utah. The Goulds began the lecture in 1992 to meet the "critical need for continuing public education about issues regarding modern technology and its impact on our daily lives."

The Women's State Legislative Council of Utah records (1926-2018) include minute books, rosters, reports, resolutions, membership information, histories, scrapbooks, news clippings, and correspondence, among other materials, concerning this Utah women's organization.

The Jo-Ann Wong papers (1992-2016) contain professional and general materials of Jo-Ann Wong, a prominant figure on the board of the Utah Asian Festival.

The Joan Woodbury papers (1936-2010) consist mainly of dance materials generated from Woodbury's years teaching at the University of Utah and her career as co-founder of the Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company. Included are programs, announcements, news articles, correspondence, biographical papers, notes, reports, minutes, travel information, and other dance-related materials.
