Volney King papers
The Volney King papers (1873-1924) consist of materials documenting the lives of early settlers in southern Utah and Idaho. Included are a typescript of Volney King's diary; a history of Millard County, Utah, handwritten by King, entitled "Twenty-five Years in Millard County"; and a name record.
Ronald and Ilene Kingsbury papers
The Ronald and Ilene Kingsbury papers (1832-1995) consist of materials focusing on Utah and the history of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), as well as family history.

The John Doyle Lee papers (1876, 1949, 1982) comprise two categories of documents: typescripts of diaries and journals written by Lee between 1841 and 1851 and typescripts of documents written about Lee at later dates. The latter category includes book excerpts, a legal document, and a research paper.
Thomas A. Leishman papers
The Thomas A. Leishman papers (1887-1998) contain his mission diary and various personal and biographical documents. Leishman was born in Scotland and emigrated to Utah in 1852. He helped lay out the city of Wellsville, Utah, and assisted in the construction of every public building in the community. He later served an LDS mission to England and Scotland form 1887 to 1889.
Elmore Winfield LeRoy papers
The Elmore Winfield LeRoy papers (1917-1964) consist of military service records, certificates, correspondence, diaries, daybooks, and genealogical records for Elmore LeRoy, a commercial artist from Chicago who settled in Utah towards the end of his life.
O. Ragnar Linde papers
The O. Ragnar Linde papers (1921-1966) contain personal papers, correspondence, and diaries documenting Olof Ragnar Linde's missionary experiences, as well as additional documents regarding the LDS Church.
Martin S. Lindsay diary
The Martin S. Lindsay diary contains an account of day to day events in Salt Lake City, Utah, by Lindsay. He refers to personal affairs, church work, gardening, and makes several references to the exploits of Jack the Ripper in London.

The Wesley Parkinson Lloyd diaries (1929-1935) consist of photocopies of Wesley Lloyd's diaries. Diaries kept from 1929-1935 giving an account of a mission to Pittsburgh (1929) for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and life in Salt Lake City (1933-1935).
William Luck journal
The William Luck journal (1849-1868) was kept by Luck with intermittent entries. It begins with his joining the LDS Church and ends abruptly while describing his daily activities in Utah.

Hans Olson Magleby papers
The Hans Olson Magleby papers (1855-1875) consist of photocopies of the diary kept by Magleby (b. 1835) from 1855 to 1875, and a transcript of the diary and his autobiography, written in 1857. The documents contain genealogical date and cover topics such as the author's conversion to the LDS Church in Denmark, a mission to Norway, sailing for America, joining a handcart company, the journey to Utah, life in Ogden and Salt Lake City, and a move to Monroe on the Sevier River in 1875.
Allen D. Marler diary and correspondence
The Allen Dean Marler diary and correspondence (1923-1924) were both written by Marler while serving a mission for the LDS Church in the Eastern United States.
Cyprian Marsh papers
The Cyprian Marsh papers (1829-1996) consists of the diary of Cyprian Marsh (1829-1886), a certificate of ordination as an elder signed by Joseph Smith (1842), a history of family ownership of the diary, and loose notes thought to be written by Cyprian Marsh. Marsh was a convert to the LDS Church who fled Nauvoo in 1846 and came to Utah in 1853.
G. Stanley McAllister papers
The G. Stanley McAllister papers (1920-2006) contains copies of typed and handwritten diaries, letters, and biographical information, most of which were written by McAllister during the time he served in the Eastern States mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). McAllister was a New York City merchandising executive.
William Athole Macmaster diaries [photocopies]
The William Athole Macmaster diaries [photocopies] (1851-1869) detail McMaster's early life, conversion to the LDS Church, his LDS mission experiences, and his family's move to Salt Lake City, Utah. William McMaster (1816-1887) was an early Mormon convert in Scotland.
John Meldrum diary [typescript]
The collection consists of a transcription of the diary of an LDS missionary to Hawaii 1881-1884. Includes detailed notes on the trip to San Francisco, the steam voyage to the Islands, and activities in Hawaii. Original may be incomplete; does not include return trip.
Taylor H. Merrill diary and scrapbook
The Taylor H. Merrill diary and scrapbook (1926-1928) document Merrill's mission to the Southern United States for the LDS Church.
