The Ballet West for Children touring records (1975-1982) consist of administrative and organizational files, tour information, news clippings, and letters from children.

The Ballet West promotional materials audio-visual collection (1976-1987) consists almost entirely of audio recordings of radio advertisements for Ballet West tickets and productions. There are also audio recordins of Ballet West personalities on the "State of the Arts" radio program one television advertisment recorded on 16mm film. A professional ballet company, Ballet West was established in 1963 and offers a season of performances at the Salt Lake City, Utah's Capitol Theatre.

Included are correspondence, memoranda, financial records, news clippings, programs, scrapbooks, and other materials.

The Glenn Walker Wallace papers (1860s-1991) consist of personal, financial, and business materials relating to the lives of Glenn Walker Wallace (1898-1988) and her family. Wallace was a Utah musician and dancer who was co-founder of the Utah Symphony and Ballet West. She was the daughter of Matthew H. Walker, co-founder and president of the Walker Bank and Trust Company and the wife of John McChrystal Wallace, president of the bank from 1944 to 1957
