The Eleanor L. Nicholes papers (1849-1996) contain correspondence, news clippings, research files, and articles related to the career of librarian and author.

The Pioneer Memorial Theater collection (1935-2011) consists mainly of theater programs and announcements for productions performed at the theater. Pioneer Memorial Theater, originally a replica of the old Salt Lake Theater, was completed in 1962 on the University of Utah campus. In addition to the programs, the collection also contains certificates, news clippings, posters, and unidentified set designs.

The Plitt Intermountain Theaters collection (1960s-1980s) contains posters, slicks, advertisement stubs and pads, color display kits, and merchandising and advertising manuals used by this movie theater chain to promote films.

The Bruce Roberts papers (1966-2004) contains documents and advertisements relating to Roberts' work as a journalist, co-founder of the Cosmic Aeroplane Bookstore, concert promoter and activist. The collection also includes underground newspapers collected during the 1960s and 1970s.

The Salt Lake City club and music scene collection (1987-1996) includes mostly musical and political fliers, posters, and handbills.

The Salt Lake City Library film collection (1977-1992) contains press information packets, movie posters and promotional materials for films from the 1980s.

The Charles N. Strevell papers (1894-1943) contain correspondence, family history, essays, speeches, publications, art work, posters, pamphlets, brochures, news clippings, and other related materials. Strevell was one of the organizers of Strevell-Paterson Hardware Company and was the president for many years before his retirement in 1912. He became well known for his essay, "Dinosauropodes,"" which was published several times during the 1930s.

The Ida Shimizu Tateoka papers (1987-2002) contain an autobiographical letter, skating club information, programs, news clippings, and a poster. Tateoka has been a judge of national and world ice skating competitions.

This collection (1990s) consists of posters announcing film screenings presented by the Utah Film and Video Center. Included are six posters from the 22nd short film and video festival. The Utah Film and Video Center is a nonprofit resource for the media arts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Utah railroad collection (1868-2012) contains ephemeral materials that were created by various railroad companies within Utah and the West. The types of materials within the collection include locomotive operating manuals, historical information regarding railroads, timetables, ticket stubs, telegrams, labor union items, promotional booklets, stationary, calendars, and much more.

The Utah skiing collection (1930-1992) is an ongoing collection of miscellaneous items related to skiing received from various donors. Included are industry reports, ski logs, articles, clippings, posters, and ephemera.

The Women's Ski Jumping USA records (2006-2011) consist of correspondence, fundraising materials, posters, stickers and other promotional materials. WSJ-USA is a non-profit organization incorporated in 2003 in Park City, Utah. It was created to support the rising number of elite U.S. women ski jumpers who needed financial support and strong leadership to get them into the international fold and on sport's biggest stage, the Olympic Games.

The Barbara Yamada papers (1963-2006) contain newsletters, memos, news clippings, manuals, rule books, study guides, tests, and research files. These materials relate to ski organizations and competitions, university athletics, and the Utah Ski Archives.
