The Auxiliary of the Reading Room for the Blind scrapbook (1908-1934) was compiled by the librarian, Mrs. Dr. J. J. Snider. The majority of the scrapbook consists of news clippings regarding the creation of the reading room and other issues pertaining to visually impaired people in Utah. Included in the scrapbook are a few programs and issues of The Utah Eagle.

The Big Cottonwood Canyon Association records (1957-1992) consist of documents pertaining to Big Cottonwood Canyon and its inhabitants. The records also contain documents relating to projects or plans to which the Big Cottonwood Canyon Association was concerned or consulted.

The Ruth Gilchrist Bracy papers (1909-2005) contain personal correspondence, school memorabilia, family history, as well as material relating to Bracy’s travels and work with Altrusa International. Also included are materials related to the Utah Rock Art Research Association.

The Chi Omega Alumnae Association records (1914-1997) contain financial and administrative records of the Salt Lake City Alumnae chapter of Chi Omega Women's Fraternity. The Xi Alpha collegiate chapter of the fraternity was founded in 1914 at the University of Utah. Records of the Alumnae chapter begin in 1959.

The Ray Grass papers (1937-2011) consist of various competitive and recreational ski guides, programs, and articles collected by the sports writer.

The collection of John Held, Jr. contains a framed picture, postcards, magazines, musical compositions, maps, and programs depicting illustrations created by Held. John Held, Jr. was a famous illustrator in the 1920s most well known for his cartoons depicting the lifestyle and culture of the generation.

The Patricia Maynetta King papers (1916-2004) consist of materials relating to the presidential campaigns of Adlai Stevenson, John F. Kennedy, the resignation of Richard Nixon, and the Utah State Democratic Party. There are also two scrapbooks highlighting roadwork and road planning in Utah.

The Knutsford and Salt Lake Illustrated magazine (1897) was created to promote Salt Lake's Knutsford Hotel, located on the corner of 300 South and State Street.

The LDS Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association (NAA) records (1949-2017) contains professional papers and documents maintained by Zeldine Graham (b. 1933), an alum who held the position of Treasurer in the NAA for a number of years. The LDS Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association is an association for the alumni of the LDS Hospital W. H. Groves School of Nursing, which operated from 1905 to 1955.

The Susan R. Madsen papers (2000-2016) contain articles, journals, presentations, reports, and manuals related to Madsen's research regarding women in leadership positions.

The Ina Mae Murri papers (1977-2007) contain correspondence, newsletters and articles pertaining the Murri's life and involvement in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer/Questioning, and others (LGBTQ+), and Mormon feminist activism.

The David Nelson papers (1983-2012) contain documents, memorabilia and news clippings spanning his tenure as an activist for the rights of Utah's LGBT community. Nelson was an activist and spokesperson for the rights of the gay and lesbian communities. He also founded the Gay and Lesbian Utah Democrats (GLUD), an organization that lobbied for the rights of, and promoted participation within, the gay community in local and national politics.

The Oberhansly collection (1976-1977) consists of various materials relating to Oberhansly's interest and involvement in the freestyle skiing world during 1975-1977.

The Organization for Research on Women and Communications (ORWAC) records (1976-2009) consist primarily of materials relating to the administration of the organization, including correspondence, newsletters, reports, and financial documents. Also included are logo and award records. ORWAC promotes dialogue, discussion, research, and scholarship concerned with women, feminism, gender, oppression, and social change.

The Rotary Club of Salt Lake records contain only documents pertaining to the 2011 centennial gala that was held on September 20, 2011.
