Peter S. Ecker (1898-1967) was a pioneer in the Utah ski industry. This collection contains digitized photographs of the Ecker family, a 1947 brochure about a ski jumping competition, and newspaper clippings about Ecker's life and career.

The Peter S. Ecker papers (1930s-1950s) consist of photocopied news clippings and a booklet regarding the Intermountain Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball and information about Ecker Hill and the 1947 Intermountain Ski Jumping Championships.
Melvin Henry Fletcher scrapbook [photocopy]
The Melvin Henry Fletcher scrapbook (1918-1963) is a color copy of Fletcher's lifetime scrapbook, which consists of certificates, awards, news clippings, and a column written by Mel while living in San Diego. Fletcher was born in Park City, Utah in 1918. He served twice in the U.S. Navy and wrote a column in Aircraft Mechanic about ice skating events. He competed in ski jumping and was well-known in the skiing community.
