Montana Territorial Penitentiary ledger
The Montana Territorial Penitentiary ledger (1876-1880) shows the board bill accounts for prisoners in the Territorial Penitentiary. Prisoners were boarded for $2.50 per day. Total bill to the U. S. Government was $8619.50.

Occidental Hotel ledger
The Occidental Hotel ledger (1848) is from the Occidental Hotel and store located in Sonoma Valley, California. Information found in the ledger includes birth dates, death dates, and marriage records of early pioneers in the Sonoma Valley. Drafts of letters written by hotel employees and records of individual store accounts, including purchase lists and prices of goods as they were in 1848, are also in the ledger.
John Pack record book
The John Pack record book (1840s) is entitled "Record of the Third Hundred or Grand Division of the first Company, Organized November 18th, 1845." Contains a listing of individuals including the names of Jedediah M. Grant, the Captain of the third Division, and David Candland, the General Clerk. Also included in the ledger are minutes of four meetings of the third Division, along with other accounts such as a listing of information regarding pioneer groups.
