Preston Nutter Corporation records
The Preston Nutter Corporation records (1876-1981) document over one hundred years of ranching in Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. The records cover virtually every aspect of cattle ranching, from the buying, selling and shipping of cattle; to the acquisition of land, water, and grazing rights; to the wages and injuries of ranch hands. Also covered are many aspects of the private lives of the Nutter family.

The Keith Smith papers (1903-1968) consist primarily of record books from the general store owned by Keith Smith (b. 1878) in Linwood, Utah, during the early 1900s. The primary activity of this store was to "carry on and conduct the business of a ranch, farming and live-stock raising."
Southeastern Utah oral histories
The southeastern Utah oral histories (1963-1984) consist of personal recollections, in the form of transcripts and stories, from people who lived in southeastern Utah and were part of its history. Each of the stories centers around the individual perspective of the interviewee. The collection covers a wide range of issues from the early settlements of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Mexico to uranium mining or Navajo trading.
