The Marriott Employees Staff Association records (1983-2003) consist of materials generated by members of this Marriott Library group, otherwise known as MESA. The records include governing documents (such as by-laws), administrative correspondence, membership information, staff surveys, event planning and announcements, financial records, newsletters and literary magazines, meeting minutes, and miscellaneous items.

The Utah College Library Council records (1971-1987) contain memoranda, correspondence, minutes, reports, publications, and statistics pertaining to the Utah College Library Council (UCLC). The UCLC was established in 1971 to share resources between academic libraries in Utah. It has since been replaced by the Utah Academic Library Consortium (UALC).
