Abstract
The Anders Gustaf Johnson papers (2002) consist of a bound and edited collection of his autobiography and journals. The diary chronicles his life among the Scandinavian population in northern Utah in the late nineteenth century, recounting his struggle for employment and sustenance, his mission to Sweden, and events in the politics of Grantsville, Utah. Johnson was born in Sweden in 1943. His grandfather and parents converted to the LDS Church when he was eleven, and they emigrated to Utah.

Abstract
The Reverend Paul Jones papers (1898-1942) consist primarily of correspondence, diaries, periodicals, and news clippings from Reverend Paul Jones’ life as a socialist, pacifist, and bishop in the Episcopal Church. Jones served as Episcopal Bishop of Utah from 1916 to 1918, and spent the remainder of his life doing missionary work across the eastern United States and assistant teaching at Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Jones died of multiple myeloma in 1941 at the age of 60.
