The Olive Ghiselin correspondence (1952-1959) was written to Ghiselin from Elizabeth Enright Gillham. Gillham was on the staff of the Writers' Conference.

The GI Civil Liberties Defense Committee records (1969) contain press releases, correspondence, and budgets from the Fort Jackson and Fort Bragg cases. The GI Civil Liberties Defense Committee worked to secure the constitutional rights, especially freedom of press and to organize, of members the United States Armed Forces. To this end, they provided legal counsel in the Fort Jackson and Fort Bragg Cases in 1969.

The J. Calvin Giddings papers (1960-1998) contain personal diaries, correspondence, research materials, lecture notes, manuscripts, published articles, patent materials, and business materials collected by Giddings during his career as a professor and researcher at the University of Utah. Giddings (1930-1996) was a notable chemistry professor and researcher.

This collection consists of photocopies of handwritten and typescript autobiography written by Gilbert Belnap recounting events on his migration to Utah in 1850; correspondence, clippings, and certificates relating to several members of the Belnap family.

The Emma Josephine Young Gilliland letter [typescript] was sent to her mother in 1850 July 23. This letter was written during a stop in Salt Lake City describing a trip from Indiana. Tells of the trip through Emigration Canyon, general trail conditions, food and conditions in Salt Lake City; tells of plan to move on to California in the spring. Typescript incomplete; last page of original letter missing.

The Gilmer and Salisbury Express Company letterpress book (1881-1882) of H.S. Howell, Superintendent of Gilmer and Salisbury Express Company, includes letters written from Viriginia City, Helena, Dillon, and Salt Lake City.

The Alvin L. Gittins papers (1883-1987) contain correspondence, biographical information, news clippings, day books, financial records, travel documents, lecture materials, and drawings related to the personal and professional life of Gittins (1922-1981), a portraitist and teacher.

The William Glasmann papers (1916, 1984-1988) contain correspondence and research for a manuscript written about Glasmann, as well as a copy of the manuscript.

The Glen Canyon Action Network records (2000-2002) include press releases, newsletters, and correspondence. The Glen Canyon Action Network was founded in 2000, its name was changed to Living Waters in 2001. Living Waters became part of the Waterkeeper Alliance in 2002, and added Colorado Riverkeeper to its name.

The Glen Canyon Institute (GCI) was founded in 1996 as a charitable 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the mission of restoring a healthy Colorado River through Glen Canyon. The Glen Canyon Institute records (1998-2005) contain correspondence, news releases, and copies of the intitute's newsletter Hidden Passage.

The Golden Age Mines Company records (1948-1956) contain notices, notes, ballot forms, letters, agreements, and other documents pertaining to the mining business and mergers of this Nevada corporation. Further information concerning the Golden Age Mines Company could not be found.

The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church records (1961-1987) contain various financial records, minutes of church council meetings, and church directories. Also included is a calendar of events with church newsletters, membership reports, church correspondence, and documents of the pastors. There are also two architectural drawing rolls of addition and remodeling completed on the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. The architectural work was done by Brixen and Christopher Architects.

The H. D. Goode papers (1923-1995) are comprised of materials that focus on the military, teaching, and geology careers of Harry Donald Goode (born 1912). Included are publications, guide books, news clippings, notes, essays, teaching materials, correspondence, research materials, personal documents, and other papers.

The Craig Gorder papers (1961-1975) contain news clippings, articles, news releases, letters of recognition, personal letters, pamphlets, brochures and ski magazines pertaining to the life and skiing career of Craig Gorder. Gorder was born in 1952 and was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He had a career as a ski racer, racing professionally and for the U.S. Ski Team and the U.S. Olympic Ski Team.

The Hays Gorey papers (1950-1990) contain research, correspondence, newspaper clippings, and certificates pertaining to Gorey's work as a journalist. Gorey was a journalist and author. He also served as editor at the Salt Lake Tribune and as a political correspondent for Time magazine.

The Peter L. Goss papers (1855-2009) consist of correspondence, news clippings, architecutral research, research on Utah architecture and vast research on Levittown and Olana. Personal papers included are his vitae, essays and lectures and work from students. Goss was a professor of architectural history and a documentary photographer as well as Associate Vice President for Scholarly and Creative Activities.

The William Simpson Gould papers (1897-1906) contains certificates, correspondence, financial records, diaries, and photograph albums documenting his experience as a missionary in Scotland.
