The Mormon History Association (MHA) records (1971-2001) consist of newsletters published by the MHA and a conference handbook. The MHA is a historical association which focuses on the LDS experience.

The Murray Women's Civic Guild records (1940-2004) contain the meeting minutes, financial records and scrapbooks of this club.

The National Federation of Republican Women photograph collection contains one panorama of the 16th Biennial convention in Wasahington D.C. from Ocotber 21-23, 1971

The Nauvoo Masonic Lodge minute books (1841-1846) are comprised of copies of minutes. The Nauvoo Lodge would be primarily attended by those of the Mormon religious persuasion. For a time Masonic rites helped shape the direction of Joseph Smith's theology and some scholars note the similarity between the Mormon temple endowment ceremony and Masonic rites. At its height, there were 1,500 Mormons involved in Freemasonry in Illinois.

The Oregon-California Trails Association, Utah Chapter records (1989-1991) consist of a charter and membership list for the organizing meeting, correspondence, and nominating committee information for the Board of Directors.

The Phi Delta Theta fraternity certificate (1914) certifies the establishment of the Utah Alpha Chapter at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah. The certificate is only a copy and not an original.

The George F. and Florence Shermen Roberts papers (1908-1913) contain a bound petition from the University of Utah Alpha Pi Fraternity to establish a chapter of Beta Theta Pi at the University of Utah; a leather bound program from the installation banquet of the Gamma Beta chapter of Beta Theta Pi; and a photocopy of a calendar from the University of Utah.

The Rotary Club of Salt Lake records contain only documents pertaining to the 2011 centennial gala that was held on September 20, 2011.

The Salt Lake Association of Community records (1979-1996) consists of meeting minutes, agendas, correspondence, newsletters and news clippings related to community councils in downtown Salt Lake City.

The Salt Lake City Country Club records (1900-1978) contain directories, bylaws, and newsletters of the Club. This is a Salt Lake City, Utah, golf and social club.

The Salt Lake City Women's Civic Center records (1919-1964) include correspondence, membership lists, minutes, financial records, and news clippings. The Civic Center was founded in 1919. It offered adult education classes for women in academic and domestic subjects until it disbanded in 1961.

The Salt Lake Council of Women records (1912-2009) contain programs, newsclippings, and administrative materials used by the Salt Lake City organization's leaders and members over the course of the Council's existence since 1912. The Salt Lake Council of Women is a women's volunteer public service group in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Salt Lake Oratorio Society photograph collection contains portraits of soloists and conductors who performed with the society. The collection also contains photographs of performances of "Messiah" in the Salt Lake Tabernacle.

The Salt Lake Oratorio Society records (1914-1987) provide a detailed view of the society's development and ascent to the artistic acclaim. Included are business and financial records, materials dealing with annual Messiah renditions, correspondence, press materials, and papers dealing with various other productions performed by the society. The Salt Lake Oratorio Society was incorporated in 1914 and has become an internationally acclaimed music group.

The Scottish Rite Temple records (1977-1979) consists of programs and bulletins dealing with reunions of the order. The Scottish Rite was founded in 1801 in South Carolina and is presently headquartered in Washington, D.C. The Utah division was founded in 1903. The Scottish Rite sponsors speech and learning disorders clinics. The Utah division sponsors two Children's Learning Centers.

The Jack Shapiro papers (1944-1979) contains issues of the Illustrated London News, an article, and a scrapbook regarding the Utah Gun Collectors Association. Shapiro established Jack Shapiro Advertising/Public Relations in Salt Lake City. He was a member of the Utah Westerners, the Scottish Rite Masons, and a volunteer at the Marriott Library in book binding.

The Florence McClellan Sheets papers (1942-1983) contain personal reminiscences, memorabilia and organizational material from various prominent Salt Lake City clubs.

The Eliza R. Snow's histories of charitable societies in Utah collection (1876) consist of letters and historical reports, solicited by a Mrs. A.H. Smith and collected by Eliza Snow, from Utah's charitable societies. Reports were not submitted by some societies. Snow's own report on the LDS Church's Relief Society is probably the best summary statement on the role and activities of women in the LDS Church during the mid 19th century.
