The Ted L. Wilson photograph collection contains portraits of Ted Wilson and photographs of Ted Wilson participating in various activities, many of which were political events while he served as mayor of Salt Lake City.

The Craig Wirth photograph collection document various times in the career of Wirth as a prominent figure in the television news industry of Salt Lake and Denver. Included are personal and professional items.

Arthur C. Wiscombe (1928-2011) was a Utah educator who worked as a teacher, principle, and superintedent of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Downers Grove, Illinois school districts. He also taught philosophy at Brigham Young University and at the University of Utah. This collection contains photographs of Wiscombe and his family dating from 1953 to 1994.

The Sylvan H. Wittwer photograph collection consists mainly of photos related to his work with plants and growth rates. Included also is extensive travel, mainly in China and the Soviet Union.

The Bill Wolverton digtial photograph collection contains mostly images of the Glen Canyon and Lake Powerll area, showing various water levels, invasive species like Russian Olive and other effects of the reservoir over time.Also included are a small number of images related to the railroad.

The Frederick Hoffman Wood photograph collection consists of 35mm color transparencies and color prints taken by Fred Wood that document his participation in the 1955-56 Hatch-Eggert River Expedition. The purpose of this expedition down the Green and Colorado Rivers was to photograph and film the river canyons before construction started on the dams at Flaming Gorge and Glen Canyon.

The Dixon M. Woodbury photograph collection contains research and educational materials from his days as an undergraduate and faculty member at the University of Utah

Joan Woodbury (1927-) was a dancer, choreographer, and professor of dance at the University of Utah who co-founded the Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company in 1964. This collection contains portraits of Woodbury and photographs of students, practices, and dance performances dating from 1950 to 1990.

The Don C. Woodward papers (1931-2009) consist of documents collected by Woodward during his pusuit of writing a book about the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.

The Woodward family biographies (2011-2017) detail the histories of Luacine Peery Pingree Bunnell, Wyoma Lynn Woodward, Louise Howard Hogan and their families. The three bound biographies also contain family photographs.

The Jedediahy Foss Woolley, Jr. photopgraph colleciton contains family photos of the Woolley, Ferguson, and Forsyth families.

The Mary Woolslayer photograph consists of an autographed portrait of Maud May Babcock given to Mary Woolslayer, a student of Maud May Babcock at the University of Utah.

Richard Tracey Wootton is the author of the 1992 book Saints and Scientists: A Quest for Science Religion Harmony. The Richard Tracey Wootton photograph collection contains photographs and negatives of EPCOT Theme Park at Walt Disney World taken in 1999.

The Word War I Parade photograph collection consists of 28 black-and-white photographs depicting the parade and celebration on November 11, 1918, in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, to celebrate Armistice Day, the end of World War I.

Working Together: A Utah Portfolio was a photo-documentary exhibit that was created from four years of documentary work conducted in Utah's Black, Greek, Jewish, Japanese, Mexican or Hispanic, Chinese, Italian, and Ute communities in the 1980s. This collection contains photographs taken by Utah photographers George Janecek and Kent Miles in partnership with the Oral History Institute.

The Andy Wright digital photograph collection consists of images of snowboarding taken by Andy Wright at various ski resorts in Utah.

The Ralph Bassett Wright photograph collection contains images pertaining to Wright's (1903-1997) career as a real estate appraiser, senior vice president of First Security Bank, and president of Union Bank and Trust.
