The collection consists of eight certificates of affiliation for various unions in the American Federation of Labor (AFL). Fullmer Latter was President and historian of the Utah State Federation of Labor.

Cyprian Marsh papers
The Cyprian Marsh papers (1829-1996) consists of the diary of Cyprian Marsh (1829-1886), a certificate of ordination as an elder signed by Joseph Smith (1842), a history of family ownership of the diary, and loose notes thought to be written by Cyprian Marsh. Marsh was a convert to the LDS Church who fled Nauvoo in 1846 and came to Utah in 1853.
